Pro vs Con

Introduction

A plethora of conflicts currently exist in the Middle East. I've decided to choose this perplexing yet broad topic in order to gain a better personal knowledge of the situation at hand. Some topics that I will touch upon will be the Israeli-Palestine conflict, Iraq War, and Oil. I'm not sure just yet what my thesis will be; I believe the research and data I am able to find will dictate the direction of my paper very soon. I've selected the Middle East because it is prevalent in present day news and I feel like although I have a general understanding of it, I would like to know it more in-depth, especially the history of how the issues came about. In order to not take away time from my research, I will be keeping this introductory entry brief. The research question is: How can the conflicts of the Middle East be resolved?
